Madrid House: Harmonious Design for Monica and Her Daughter

Welcome to the Madrid House, a stunning living space where the vision of our client, Monica, and her daughter comes to life. Our goal was to create a space that harmoniously combines functionality and style, ensuring that every aspect of the design catered to their unique desires.

Monica, a passionate cook who often uses the kitchen for work, wanted her daughter's playground to be close at hand. We achieved this by seamlessly integrating the kitchen and play area. The key element that delineates this space is the use of striking blue ceramics, which not only define its boundaries but also emphasize its presence within the overall design. The choice of blue ceramics adds a pop of color and vibrancy to the entire area, making it both visually appealing and practical.

Another of Monica's desires was to have an open bathtub in her spacious bedroom, creating a tranquil and luxurious escape. To accomplish this, we positioned the bathtub in line with the bed, creating a fluid transition between the two areas. To enhance its visual appeal, we incorporated a captivating pattern of contrasting tiles around the bathtub. This design choice not only draws attention to the bathtub but also serves as a focal point in the bedroom, adding an element of artistry and sophistication.

The Madrid House showcases a seamless blend of Monica's practical needs and her and her daughter's aesthetic preferences. This interior design project is a testament to the power of thoughtful design, where every element has been carefully curated to reflect the essence of the home's occupants, resulting in a space that is both functional and visually captivating.
