This project involved the early design and documentation phase for a leasehold flat in Southbank to be converted into an HMO. As the property required leaseholder and council permission before proceeding, planning documents were the first step.
Layout drawings, fire safety plans, and housing need assessments were prepared for submission. The goal was to achieve HMO compliance while maintaining privacy and comfort for residents. The application included a review of amenity space, shared facilities, and egress.
