Some are design-only schemes still in development.

A coastal home being transformed into a contemporary residence while retaining the character and atmosphere of its setting. The project brings together spatial reconfiguration, interior architecture, bespoke joinery, materials, lighting and procurement, with the design continuing through construction and multiple phases of work.

Mill Lane

A substantial full house refurbishment combining an extension, loft conversion, new living spaces and a complete interior transformation. Phasezero has been involved from the early design stages through planning, technical development and construction. Unexpected structural conditions uncovered during demolition required design and construction decisions to be resolved as the project progresses on site.

A detailed transformation of a listed building apartment in Pimlico, balancing the character and constraints of the existing building with the requirements of contemporary living. The project brings architectural interventions, heritage considerations, and a precisely coordinated interior together under a single brief, managed from planning through to handover.

Not every project reaches construction. Planning applications, building control drawings, and feasibility work are complete deliverables in their own right — the groundwork that makes construction viable when the time comes. These projects represent that stage of the work.

Our residential work is supported by experience on significantly larger and more complex properties, including listed buildings and major hospitality developments. Our portfolio includes finished interiors, technical drawings, planning proposals and construction work because the most important decisions are not always visible in the final photograph.
