Vibrant Welcome
Nestled in the countryside, a 300-year-old cement barn has undergone a remarkable transformation. While the entire barn has been converted into a stylish home, the real magic happens right at the entrance. By embracing bold, contrasting colors, the entrance now serves as a vibrant and inviting gateway that sets the tone for the entire house.
Affordable Transformation
We undertook a cost-effective project to convert a new homeowner's property into a cozy family home. Our work included a phased extension and internal renovation, all while ensuring the homeowners could continue living in the house during construction. We also handled the planning application and technical design aspects of the project.
Skylight Extension
The project involved designing a rear extension in Buckinghamshire with openable skylights to allow natural light and ventilation. To a height restriction and ensure the extension blended with the existing structure, special roof tiles were sourced. The project also included planning application and technical design.
Housing Trasformation
We completed the planning application for a housing project that converted a single house into two modern flats, meeting the council's minimum requirements. By strategically converting the loft, we optimized space usage and created comfortable, contemporary living options for the residents
Santa
Monica
When approaching the center's proposal, our initial reflection was towards an underground space, alluding to the urgency of having a refuge. Urgency is also the condition we experience today under the growing and uncontrolled problem of global warming. Using this concept as a starting point, we have reflected on the term "refuge" and its etymology.
HMO Conversion
This project involves the conversion of an existing property in Southbank into a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The client has received a request from their leaseholder to obtain planning permission and council confirmation, which are essential to proceed with the layout modifications required for the HMO conversion.
Bespoke Splendor
A property in a green belt area was transformed with a double-storey rear extension, loft conversion, and detailed interior design. The project achieved a blend of modern living spaces and nature. The bespoke kitchen design maximized space efficiency and 2.4-meter-high doors were used on ground floor for spaciousness.
