Barcelona Psychology Studio: Commercial Interior Design

A psychology practice in Barcelona, occupying a room in a historic building with real architectural character. The bones were already there. The brief was to make the space feel considered and calm without the budget for a substantial fit-out.

The intervention was deliberate and restrained: a painting and panelling scheme that worked with the existing architecture rather than over it. The panelling introduced a contemporary layer while the proportions and character of the historic fabric remained visible and intact. The palette was calm, the effect modern, and the spend modest.
