The kitchen was extended with new cabinetry, worktops, and durable finishes. A central island promotes social interaction and improves flow, while full-height glazing opens onto the garden and draws in natural light. The layout was designed to meet HMO requirements while maintaining a comfortable residential feel.
Neutral tones and practical surfaces were selected for ease of maintenance. Integrated appliances and layered lighting solutions contribute to a sense of quality without excessive cost.
This project illustrates how minor changes can significantly raise rental value and tenant satisfaction. By planning layouts carefully and focusing on lifestyle design, landlords can turn basic interiors into high-performing rental spaces.
