Project rescue for hospitality renovation in London hotel

During a routine site visit for another project, we were contacted by a friend struggling to manage bathroom renovations at a hotel he was working with. He asked for help overseeing the refurbishment of several bathrooms, which were at risk of stalling due to poor coordination.
Without delay, we assessed the site, reviewed existing plans, and took charge of the contractor timeline. By implementing a phased approach, we ensured guest rooms remained available while work proceeded in rotation. We also ensured consistent quality across installations and finishes.
