Crews Hill New Town Initiative

Enfield Council has identified Crews Hill, a small hamlet with a population of 566, as a prime location for a new town development. The plan includes constructing at least 10,000 homes, with at least 40% designated as affordable. This initiative is part of a broader government plan to develop 12 new towns across England, aiming to deliver 300,000 homes. The development will also include expanded infrastructure such as transport, schools, and healthcare services, modeled after the Stratford regeneration before the 2012 Olympics.


Meridian Water Regeneration

Meridian Water is one of London's largest regeneration projects, aiming to deliver 10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs. The development includes two new parks, revitalized waterways, and an enhanced public realm. Enfield Council has invested £400 million to unlock the site for redevelopment, with the first residents already moved in and 281 more homes under construction. The latest opportunity, known as Meridian Thirteen, is a 3.6-acre key gateway site offering the potential to deliver up to 600 homes.
